Chef’s Market Table

The Chef’s Market Table, available for lunch or dinner, is a unique dining experience. A personalised four course seasonal menu is created by the Executive Chef using the finest local ingredients chosen from Borough Market that day, in tune with the seasons.

Hosted by one of our culinary team, welcome drinks and canapés are followed by four courses with wine pairing. The host will provide diners with insider knowledge on ingredients, methods and recipes throughout each course.

Priced at £95 per person (Monday – Thursday) and £125 per person (Friday – Sunday) including wine pairing. Minimum 6 guests, maximum 8 guests.
