This summer, escape to the skies with Seaside in the City, a limited-edition afternoon tea served 35 floors high at Shangri-La The Shard, London.

Inspired by the coast and crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Piero Sottile, the menu features sun-drenched flavours through delicate pastries, paired with a curated selection of five cocktails made with Papa Salt Coastal Gin.

Highlights include Ocean Jewel with vanilla and pecan praline, Coral Bloom with Valrhona Caramelia, apricot and verbena, and Blue Horizon with blueberry and lemon.
